Tesla Motors’ Louis Efron To Keynote AAPEX General Session

Louis Efron, head of Global Employee Engagement and Leadership Development for Tesla Motors, will deliver the keynote address, “Tesla Motor’s Magic – Why Purpose Matters Most,” during the AAPEX 2015 General Session. Efron’s presentation will take place from 8-8:50 a.m. on Nov. 4 at the Venetian hotel. There is no fee to attend.

Tesla Motors designs and manufactures the most advanced electric vehicles and electric powertrains in the world. Efron’s presentation will focus on:

  • What purpose is and why it is important to an attendee’s business and the auto care industry,
  • How a business can revitalize its talent pool and retain the best talent,
  • The power of knowing one’s organizational “what,” “where” and “why,” and
  • The road to changing the world.

AAPEX is slated for Nov. 3-5, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas, with AAPEXedu sessions starting on Monday, Nov. 2. This year’s event is expected to feature more than 2,400 exhibitors, 5,000 booths, more than 50 AAPEXedu sessions and 39,000 targeted buyers. Approximately 130,000 automotive aftermarket professionals from nearly 140 countries are projected to be in Las Vegas during AAPEX.
