A dedicated position, concentrating on sales and support of new products and updates to the jobber and installer level. This position will dedicate efforts and time in a coordinated fashion with the region manager, rep agencies, key Warehouse Distributor’s and Jobbers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop intimate knowledge of all customers of the assigned Warehouse Distributors.
• Develop a working relationship with those Jobbers and their Installers.
• Develop a New Product distribution plan to maximize new product penetration and pull through.
• Install and set up new product merchandising systems as needed.
• Develop and utilize a call report system to measure fieldwork both internally and to the customer.
• Accumulate competitive data for information bank building.
• Train and develop WD sales people in effective new product selling techniques.
• Train and develop jobber sales force to maximize product penetration to Counter people & Installers
• Train the agency partners in effective selling techniques.
• Assess the product needs of the Jobbers and Installers and communicate information to the Regional Manager.
• Development of the business plan for assigned responsibility for integration into overall Region Plan.
• Deployment of the business plan for assigned responsibility.
• Deliver the sales plan within assigned expense, margin, and credit budget.
• Coordination and execution of key regional trade shows, maximizing profitable sales results.
• Foster strong constructive relationships within the Sales, Marketing, and Operations departments.
• Up to 50% local travel required.

• Basic computer knowledge in Excel and Word required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Priority setting and project management skills required
Education and/or Experience
University Degree or 5 years aftermarket experience. Sales experience direct to the WD, Jobber and Installer level preferred.
