Stoneridge Inc. received the award for Best IR by a Small-Cap Company (under $500 million) from IR Magazine. The award was presented as part of IR Magazine’s inaugural Small-Cap Conference in association with OTC Markets hosted at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Matt Horvath, director of investor relations and M&A, Stoneridge Inc., accepted the award on behalf of Stoneridge and also spoke to attendees as part of a panel outlining best practices.

Stoneridge was praised by the judges for revamping its marketing materials around earnings calls, conferences and non-deal roadshows, which has garnered positive feedback from existing analysts and attracted investment from new firms.

“I am proud to accept this award on behalf of the investor relations team, as well as the broader finance and corporate development teams that have contributed to our presentation materials and messaging strategy,” said Horvath.
