BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec Spectra Premium Industries has announced several organizational changes to its sales and development teams. With the recent acquisition of Richporter Technology, these changes will ensure Spectra Premium remains focused on providing excellent customer service and quality products, the company stated.
Product Development Team Announcement:
The day-to-day program management and product introduction will now fall under the management of Collin Francis, who has been nominated to the position of corporate category and development director fuel systems; Eric Renaud, who has been nominated to the position of corporate category and development director cooling systems; and Mike Murray, corporate category and development director engine management.
Sales Team Announcement:
Max Carter has been promoted to vice president of sales USA and will manage all sales and business relationships with Spectra’s U.S.-based customers along with directing the entire U.S. sales force. Carter has spent the past 17 years in various sales and category manager positions within the company and brings enhanced leadership to Spectra’s sales force.
Kerry Best Jr. has been promoted to the position of corporate director of sales Canada and will manage all business relationships with the company’s Canadian customer base, the sales team coast-to-coast, along with the distribution aspects of Spectra’s Canadian local distribution centers. Best has spent the past 17 years of his career with the Spectra Premium team in various sales and operations experience in the Canadian market.
Chad Houchin joins Spectra Premium Industries as director of U.S. sales retail for radiators, condensers, heaters and fuel pumps. Houchin brings a sales-orientated category management vision, which will help him manage the day-to-day aspects of business relationships. Mark Nasra has been appointed to national sales manager North America engine management.
