Sloan Transportation Products announced Michael Redick has joined the company as engineering supervisor. Redick will be responsible for reducing cost and adding value to existing products lines, while managing new product development from conception to launch. HOLLAND, MI — Sloan Transportation Products announced Michael Redick has joined the company as engineering supervisor. Redick will be responsible for reducing cost and adding value to existing products lines, while managing new product development from conception to launch.

Redick has more than 20 years of industry experience in business and engineering management and most recently was director of business development for Atlantic Automotive Components in Benton Harbor, Mich. He was with Atlantic Automotive from 1994-2004, having previously served as director of quality and program manager for the company.

Sloan also announced the promotion of Todd Kuipers from marketing and product supervisor to sales director for the Northeast region effective Jan. 1, 2005. Kuipers has been with Sloan for seven years. Taking Kuipers’ position as marketing and product supervisor is Chris Terryn, who has been with Sloan for two years and was previously product analyst for the company.
