Service Repair Solutions Acquires iATN

Service Repair Solutions (SRS) has acquired International Automotive Technicians’ Network, Inc. (iATN). iATN is the largest online network of automotive repair professionals in the world. iATN will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary, under the direction of Brent Black, with no planned changes to staff or policies. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. 

LAS VEGAS — Service Repair Solutions (SRS) has acquired International Automotive Technicians’ Network, Inc. (iATN). iATN is the largest online network of automotive repair professionals in the world.
