Mattinat is president of Auto Craftsmen, an independent auto repair sales and service center in Montpelier, Vt. In addition to managing the business, Mattinat writes a monthly car care newsletter and a magazine column called “Under the Hood.” She also is the author of “How to Buy a Great Used Car” and teaches women car care clinics on a regular basis. She has been a part of the auto care industry for more than 18 years.
