MAP Board, Advisory Council for 2011-12 Introduced

The MAP Advisory Council, created in October 2010, is an independent self-governing body, which advises the AMRA Board of Directors on all MAP-related matters, concerns and issues identified by the council.

AMRA Annual Member Meeting to be Held in Vegas at the Start of Industry Week

The annual meeting will begin at 8 a.m. with a continental breakfast, followed by the general business portion of the meeting. This will include the installation of new board members and updates from various AMRA/MAP committees. CARB Tire Pressure Regulation Goes Into Effect

Along with other stipulations, this regulation, commonly known as the Tire Pressure Regulation, will require automotive service providers to check and inflate each vehicle’s tires to the recommended tire pressure rating at the time of performing any automotive maintenance or repair service, as well as to indicate on the vehicle service invoice that a tire inflation service was completed.

MAP to Introduce Three New Publications During AAIW in Vegas
