Sanel Auto Parts Co., based in Concord, New Hampshire, was recently presented with the “Well Done!” award from the Capital Area Wellness Coalition. The award was presented at a breakfast held at Northeast Delta Dental in Concord on May 13. Sanel was recognized for bringing wellness activities to the forefront at workplaces.
This was the second annual awards presentation by the coalition, which coordinates community resources and builds partnerships to create a culture of healthy living for everyone. The coalition membership includes a wide representation from the community – schools, businesses, the multicultural community, physicians, transportation, state and mental-health agencies and individuals.
“We are honored to have been among the other wonderful companies that were nominated and we are humbled to have received the award,” said David Segal, president of Sanel Auto Parts. “Workplace wellness is something we believe in strongly. Our efforts for our employees, we hope, extend beyond their jobs and into the rest of their lives. We know that when employees are supported in their efforts to be healthy, the ripple effect proves to be so much more than a healthy and productive workforce.”
Sanel Auto Parts, a family-owned business for more than 95 years, is a leading automotive, heavy-duty truck, and paint and body shop parts supplier in northern New England with retail locations in New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.
