SAKOR Technologies Inc., a leader in the implementation of instrumentation products for dynamometer testing, has been selected to participate in the Michigan Economic Development Corp. (MEDC) China Trade Mission 2015. The international trade mission will take place in and around Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai from Aug. 22-30.
Randal Beattie, president of SAKOR, and Bob McFarland, SAKOR’s director of business development, will represent SAKOR on the trade mission. As part of the mission, SAKOR will participate in a number of meetings with prospective clients identified by MDEC, particularly in the aerospace, automotive, hybrid and electric vehicle and alternative energy markets.
Organized by the MEDC, the mission is focused on assisting small- to medium-sized companies from Michigan export products and services to growing markets in China.
“Events like this help to facilitate growing our business through export, and they simplify the process of making the kinds of valuable connections that allow us to expand our operations,” Beattie said. “We are honored to have been selected to represent Michigan businesses in this exciting event, and are looking forward to identifying potential partner companies that can help us sell our equipment and provide in-country sales, service and technical support.”
