SAF-HOLLAND Outstanding Supplier From Vanguard National Parts

SAF-HOLLAND, a leading global manufacturer of trailer and truck suspensions, fifth wheels, landing gear and coupling products, has announced that it has received Vanguard National Parts’ Outstanding Supplier award.

Vanguard ranks each vendor based on four categories: accuracy, availability, alignment and advice. Within each category, a vendor receives a numeric score from below expectations to above expectations. Vanguard recognized SAF-HOLLAND as an Outstanding Supplier because it has met or exceeded expectations in all four categories.

“We recognize the commitment SAF-HOLLAND has made to meet or exceed our expectations,” said Don Walton, product manager at Vanguard National Parts. “[The company] continually builds the relationship between our two companies through new marketing strategies and product development.”

Federated Auto Parts Distributors announced it is entering into a collaboration with the Association of Independent Oil Distributors (AIOD) – one it said will focus on mutual benefits for the respective members.

“Federated is constantly looking at ways to improve value for all constituents and this agreement provides that,” said Sue Godschalk, president of Federated. “This collaboration provides added volume and opportunities for our suppliers, new partners for our members, and added supply points and products for shop customers. We have enjoyed working closely with several AIOD members in the past and this agreement will expand and create further opportunities for both Federated and AIOD.”
