Record Supply In Gillette, Wyo., Becomes A VIPAR Heavy Duty Stockholder

Company serves northeast Wyoming customers; provides VIPAR with a new footprint in the western state.

CRYSTAL LAKE, Ill. – VIPAR Heavy Duty has announced that Record Supply Inc. in Gillette, Wyo., is the newest stockholder to join its network of distributors. Under the leadership of its president, Kevin Record, the company operates a heavy-duty distribution business from a nearly 1,500-square-foot showroom with additional warehouse space in two locations, which stretch more than 10,000 square feet. Record Supply specializes in truck parts, including wheel end suspension, flywheel resurface and hydraulic hoses.  
 
The company serves the northeast Wyoming heavy-duty market with nine employees, three outside sales professionals and six delivery vehicles. Record Supply provides coverage to customers within an 80-mile radius of its Gillette headquarters. In addition to Record, the company is led by its General Manager Dale Praska and Heavy-Duty Manager Seth Barbour.
 
"Our goal is to better support our customers with an expanded inventory of heavy-duty products from the industry’s leading brands," said Record. "We are excited to align ourselves with VIPAR Heavy Duty to help achieve this goal and accelerate our overall growth.
 
In addition to its heavy-duty business, Record Supply operates automotive parts and paint supply distribution businesses.
