Raybestos ’69 Mustang To Be Awarded To Auto Care Industry Repair Or Parts Professional

Entries into the Raybestos Mustang Sweepstakes must be postmarked by Sept. 15, and can be earned by participating in the Raybestos “Cruise the Summer” and “Rev Up Your Walls” promotional programs through the end of August.

Raybestos brakes will give away its custom-built 1969 Mustang to one lucky auto care industry repair or parts professional during AAPEX 2016 in Las Vegas, according to Kristin Grons, marketing manager for Brake Parts Inc.

Raybestos - Win this Mustang“Automotive service and parts professionals work hard every day to keep their customers on the road, so when we decided to restore an iconic muscle car like the 1969 Mustang, we knew it should go to someone who knows cars and has made a career in the auto care industry,” said Grons.

“It’s easy to enter for a chance to win the one-of-a-kind Mustang,” continued Grons. “For example, automotive professionals can submit part number end flaps from Raybestos Element3 or European brake pads to receive entries into the Raybestos ’69 Mustang sweepstakes. To learn more, visit raybestos.com or ask your Raybestos representative how to enter.”

The iconic Raybestos ’69 Mustang is currently traveling throughout North America before making its way to Las Vegas, where it will be awarded to the lucky winner on Nov. 2 during AAPEX. Painted in classic colors and striping that are true to the time, the classic muscle car features a new Ford Coyote engine similar to the one found in the modern Boss 302. Schwartz Performance installed its famous “G-Machine” bolt-in chassis and an off-the-shelf performance disc brake upgrade package, using Raybestos components and Element3 brake pads with enhanced hybrid technology.
