STRONGSVILLE, OHIO — PPG Commercial Coatings has introduced a new one-of-a-kind estimating system specifically designed for the commercial truck market. The AdjustRite Commercial Estimating System is the first comprehensive estimating system available to fleet repairers that takes into consideration both the estimating process and the associated parts and labor required for a repair. The Internet-based system was created by PPG and GTS Services, a software development company.

“AdjustRite is the first estimating system to offer fleet repairers one system to completely streamline the estimating process,” said Chris Pannent, director of sales, PPG Commercial Coatings. “AdjustRite helps select the right parts and includes the items you may forget about such as additional labor, overhaul, overlap, included operations…every part of the repair process that should be added in the estimate to make sure that it is as accurate as can be.”

The AdjustRite System is ideal for fleet dealers, independent repair locations or any facilities involved with fleet repairs for the heavy-duty truck market. The system’s automated features can reduce the time it takes to write a legible, error-free estimate, improving overall shop cycle time and productivity, according to PPG.

“AdjustRite standardizes and improves the overall estimating process,” Stuart Orr, AdjustRite program developer adds. “Plus you will have professional looking documentation for your customers and for insurance purposes. The system allows you to e-mail a document or estimate to a customer and customize the document with your name, address, logo and even a photo of your facility.”
