RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. The Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA) held its annual election of officers and governors during the association’s fall board of governors meeting, held this past November in Dearborn, Mich.
The HDMA board is responsible for the strategic direction, performance and member satisfaction of the more than 170 members of the association. HDMA is an affiliate of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association.
Patrick Cavanagh, president and CEO of Enovation Controls, has been elected chairman of the HDMA board of directors for 2013. He has served on the HDMA board since 2007 and has been a member of its executive committee since 2009. Cavanagh plays an active role in the HDMA board’s strategic planning group and has been a strong participant in the association’s affairs.
