NEW YORK — On April 28, The Parts Authority will host an exclusive one-night trade show. The show will run from 6-10 p.m. EST at Citi Field in New York. This event will feature leading auto parts suppliers, fundraising for charities with a pie throwing game, a special “Love Bucks” promotion, a raffle drawing with premium prizes and an interactive mobile application called “My Parts Authority Enterprise.” Only attendees who receive a VIP pass from an authorized Parts Authority salesman will be able to register and join this invite-only event.
The Parts Authority has been successfully hosting the specialized auto parts aftermarket trade show and supporting professional collaboration between business customers and manufacturer partners for the past few decades. The company holds the event every two years. This year, the trade show takes on a larger scale with more than 3,000 attendees, more than 150 exhibitors and involvement with two charity organizations. Plus, with the easy-to-use “My Parts Authority Enterprise” mobile application, users have access to a map directory, vendor information, the pie throwing schedule and fun quizzes, as well as the ability to post, share and comment to collect points. People who stay on the top of the points leaderboard will gain the chance to get a free pie throw.
The pie throwing activity will be held at “Pie In The Eye Charity” station. In order to throw a pie at the elected Parts Authority team members and executives, attendees will have to earn points in the mobile application and/or participate by donating to the two charities: Winthrop-University hospital, the Cancer Center for Kids (CCFK) and Children’s Medical Fund of New York (CMFNY). As of today, The Parts Authority has raised more than $40,000 on behalf of numerous exhibitors of the Parts Authority 2015 New York Trade Show and hopes to collect an additional $10,000 on the night of the show.
“We take pride in working with our vendor partners to always bring the latest product information to our customers and growing the business together in the automotive aftermarket industry,” said Randy Buller, CEO of The Parts Authority. “Our strengths are not only in inventory management and informational technology, but also in our leadership mindset. We went the extra mile to reach a higher standard. The launch of our very first mobile application is just one example and has never been done by an aftermarket supplier for a trade show of this magnitude. Our team hopes that all attendees will enjoy the night and all of our customers throughout the country can enjoy our special promotions. This is going to be an extraordinary experience for everyone!”
