Parts Authority has announced the acquisition of Mainline Auto Parts. Mainline Auto Parts has been one of the premier auto parts distributors in the Baltimore area for the past 30 years.

According to Randy Buller, CEO of Parts Authority, the decision was simple. “Marvin Miller and his team at Mainline Auto Parts, share the same philosophy and strategy for doing business in the ‘Do It for Me’ channel along with large branded inventory, expert counter people, fast delivery service and synergy with its wide installer customer base,” said Buller.

For Mainline Auto Parts, Parts Authority delivers inventory support and buying power, access to its many locations in Maryland, Washington D.C. and New York, and excellent growth opportunities for its team members. The current staff of Mainline will continue to run the operation under the direction of Parts Authority. Marvin Miller is the president of Mainline Auto Parts.
