Lund International Announces Restructuring Plans

Lund International has announced further reorganization and restructuring initiatives. The company first announced changes to its corporate structure in 2006. This announcement follows the consolidation of the company’s Duluth, GA, corporate offices, its Lund Accessories Division in Lawrenceville, GA, and its warehousing function at the Ventshade Accessories Division into the company’s new Corporate Center in Suwanee, GA. These moves were completed in August, 2006. The new initiatives include the closure of two of the company’s facilities and a new business structure designed to reduce fixed costs, increase management effectiveness and improve customer service.
