Carlisle Companies Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of Meiyan Tire Group in Meizhou, Guangdong, China. Carlisle Acquires Chinese Brake Business
Carlisle Motion Control Industries, a subsidiary of Carlisle Companies, has purchased 100 percent of the heavy-duty brake lining and brake shoe assets of Zhejiang Kete located in Hangzhou, China.
