Serving the automotive and heavy-duty truck industries, OEConnection equips some of the world’s largest original equipment manufacturers, their franchised dealers/distributors and OEM customers with timely and accurate online parts marketing, procurement and wholesale management solutions. Through a wide range of supply chain and parts marketing solutions, the company maintains the largest online original equipment parts marketplace, connecting more than 35,000 North American buyers and sellers and facilitating more than 6 million original equipment parts transactions monthly.

“Now more than ever, consumers are spending more dollars to maintain and repair their vehicle with the goal of having that vehicle last longer,” said OEConnection President and CEO Chuck Rotuno in the segment. “The automotive parts marketplace in the U.S. alone represents a $150 billion industry, and our mission is to be the original equipment connection for all buyers and sellers of original equipment replacement parts.”

As a private venture company owned by Ford Motor Co., General Motors and Snap-on Business Solutions, OEConnection was launched in 2000 with a singular mission of facilitating the online sale of original equipment replacement parts. As a result, OEConnection solutions are offered for all makes and models, and the company currently has 21 strategic relationships with automakers and heavy-duty truck manufacturers.
