OEConnection Expands Collision Parts Ordering and Fulfillment Solution to Canada

All-makes, all-models CollisionLink to support incentivized parts programs.

RICHFIELD, Ohio – OEConnection LLC, a provider of parts e-commerce technology for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) distribution networks, has announced the expansion of its online parts ordering and fulfillment solution, CollisionLink. The solution will now be offered to automotive dealerships and their body shop customers throughout Canada. The all-makes, all-models original equipment replacement parts ordering solution will roll out on a province-by-province basis beginning this month, with nationwide availability by October, the company says.

Coinciding with the launch is the introduction of competitively priced automaker parts programs – accessible through CollisionLink – from General Motors Canada and Ford Motor Co. of Canada. In addition, Toyota Canada Inc. is launching a pilot program for Toyota and Lexus dealers in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory.

“We are excited with the opportunity to introduce CollisionLink in Canada and bring another valuable solution to the international market,” said OEConnection President and CEO Chuck Rotuno. “CollisionLink has a proven track record in the U.S. for improving efficiencies, increasing parts order accuracy and reducing parts returns – all of which lead to a more productive and profitable environment for both dealers and collision repair shops. We are confident that the solution will deliver similar results, including widespread adoption, within Canada’s automotive aftermarket industry.”

The CollisionLink Canada solution and all supporting documentation, including the OEConnection Canada website are available in English and French.
