NPW-Sponsored CARS Banquet Recognizes Customers, Suppliers, Reps And Longtime Industry Contributors

The Machine Shop of the Year category was new for 2014.

MIAMI – National Performance Warehouse hosted an award banquet the evening before the third annual CARS Expo to honor customers, suppliers, reps and longtime associates. The dinner event was held at the Santa Clara Convention Center, with a reception for more than 150 invited guests.
 
Following dinner, awards were presented in six categories: Rep of the Year, Supplier of the Year, Performance and Traditional Retailers of the Year, Machine Shop of the Year and Hall of Fame. The Machine Shop of the Year category was new for 2014.
 
The winners of the awards were:  
Performance Rep – Randy Manning of R&R Marketing
Traditional Rep – Dan Rachels of WIX
Supplier of the Year for Performance – Redline Oil
Supplier of the Year for Traditional – Centric Brake Parts
Performance Retailers – Pettersen Motorsports, Morgan’s Speed and Gotelli’s Speed Shop
Traditional Retailers – Lodi Automotive, C&H Automotive and The
Winchester Auto Stores
Machine Shop of the Year – AIMS Machine.
 
Finally, the Hall of Fame awards for 2013 went to Clay Morgan of CMA Warehouse, receiving the award from his son Darrin, who profiled his father’s career and accomplishments. The last Hall of Fame presentation was made by NPW’s President and CEO Larry Pacey to Nate Shelton of the B&M Automotive Group, who also is the current SEMA chairman.
 
The evening concluded with Larry Pacey and son Chris expressing their thanks for the suppliers support, recognizing the award winners and expressing their thoughts on the show.
