National Performance Warehouse Companies has acquired Abbie Auto Parts, in Boaz, Alabama. This brings the total of the Southeast Auto Parts chain to 12.

The Southeast Auto stores are supported out of NPW’s Associate Jobbers Warehouse (AJW), also in Boaz.

AJW operates from a 165,000-square-foot modern facility that serves more than 200 jobbers and now 12 Southeast Auto Parts stores.

National Performance Warehouse Companies operates from 15 DCs in the U.S. and Canada. The company now distributes more than 700 lines of traditional, performance, truck, chemical and engine parts brands.

Larry Pacey, president and CEO of NPW, commented on the addition, “This addition is another BOD member retiring from store operations and we obtain the ability to continue the operation. We wish Joe Abercrombie, the former owner, the best in his new IBM computer business.”
