MERRIMACK, N.H. ASA Automotive Systems, a provider of software systems and services to independent tire dealers and automotive service centers, has announce the appointment of Mike Provencher as the company’s director of customer services. The company says this newly created role is consistent with ASA’s ongoing focus on providing value that matters most to the client.
In his new position with ASA, Provencher will be an integral part of the senior management team, and will direct and manage ASA’s customer service organization, including the Installation and Training Group, the Documentation Group and the Software Support Group. Provencher’s key focus will be to continue to enhance support to ASA customers through improved process development, including internal and external communication and timely responses to customer needs.
Provencher brings to ASA extensive knowledge and experience that includes more than 10 years in a director/VP role in the software/technology industry, with proven strong management skills in the areas of project management, customer service, professional services and technical support.
