CARDONE Industries Appoints Terry McCormack As CEO

Terry McCormackPHILADELPHIA, Pa. – CARDONE Industries Inc. has announced the appointment of Terry McCormack, its current executive chairman of the board, to the additional position of chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Kevin Cramton.

McCormack joined CARDONE’s board of directors in June 2013 and was named executive chairman in April 2014.

McCormack commented, “Kevin Cramton led our company through a period of tremendous change and helped position the CARDONE business for future growth. We are indebted to Kevin for the imprint he left on the business and wish him and his family nothing but the best in his future endeavors.”

With a 40-year tenure in the automotive aftermarket, first with the Dana Corp. and then the Affinia Group, McCormack is a well-known face in the aftermarket and has fostered exceptional relationships with CARDONE’s customers, the board of directors and the Cardone family.
