MAM Launches Online Booking, Website and Internet Marketing Solutions For Auto Repair Shops In The UK

New products add to MAM's growing selection of e-commerce options.

MAM-SOFTWARE-LOGOBARNSLEY, England – MAM Software Group has announced the release of two new products to add to its growing e-commerce offering in the UK.

The new offerings extend MAM’s existing e-commerce portfolio into the servicing and repair sector of the automotive aftermarket. The first is a new online booking solution, designed to be integrated into a workshop’s website, and allows motorists to book vehicle inspections (MOTs) online. It is available as a plug-in for existing websites or as part of MAM’s second new offering – a B2C website and online marketing solution.

Offered in partnership with leading UK provider garage-services.co.uk, the new website package enables auto repair shops to establish an online presence and develop an effective means of attracting new customers. Both solutions integrate with MAM’s existing Autowork Online shop management system, further extending the functionality of the cloud-based solution.

“We’re delighted to be able to offer two new products to the auto repair sector,” said Mike Jamieson, CEO at MAM Software. “We often refer to Autowork Online as the ecosystem in which our repair customers run their businesses. These new add-ons deliver further value to our users by helping them to increase competitiveness and generate additional business.

“We’re committed to developing solutions that allow businesses to drive their performance through new channels, and the release of these new products illustrates our eagerness to add to our already comprehensive offering,” he added. “The two new packages add to our expanding omni-channel commerce suite, which seamlessly integrates B2B e-commerce, B2C e-tailing, marketplace functionality and tablet apps with our in-store point-of-sale and business management software.”
