MAM Continues Long-Term Relationship With Monro

MAM has been supporting Monro for more than two decades and the relationship is set to continue, following a recent upgrade to its business management software.

MAM Software Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of MAM Software Group Inc., announced it will continue its long-standing relationship with Monro Muffler Brake Inc.

MAM has been supporting Monro for more than two decades and the relationship is set to continue, following a recent upgrade to its business management software. Monro is in the process of implementing the latest release of MAM’s VAST Enterprise Retail at all of Monro retail store locations, and has installed VAST Enterprise Wholesale at the wholesale operation of its latest acquisition, Clark Tire/Tires Now.

Monro provides a full range of services for brake systems, steering and suspension systems, tires, exhaust systems and many vehicle maintenance services. The company currently operates 1,099 company stores in 26 states, all of which run MAM’s VAST Enterprise Software.

“MAM Software has been a key partner of Monro for 24 years,” said Brian D’Ambrosia, chief financial officer for Monro. “MAM Software has proven that they have just as much of a focus on customer service as we do, which is one reason why we use VAST Enterprise software in all of our stores.”

“We are extremely proud of our 24 year association with Monro. Our partnership is as strong as ever and we look forward to many more years of working together,” said Mike Jamieson, CEO for MAM. “Monro’s great success over many years is there for all to see.”
