MAHLE Service Solutions will showcase its experience in providing quality A/C equipment, vehicle testing and service diagnostics when it exhibits for the first time at the 2016 National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) Convention and Expo from March 31 through April 3 in Las Vegas, at booth No. 3356C. MAHLE Test Systems, which recently integrated into the MAHLE Service Solutions division of MAHLE Aftermarket Inc., also will be represented at NADA.
MAHLE Service Solutions says it is an essential equipment supplier to OEMs and vehicle dealers and will showcase its new ArcticPRO ACX1299 A/C machine for servicing vehicles that use the new R1234yf refrigerant at NADA. MAHLE Service Solutions recently supplied the ArcticPRO ACX1299 to Kia Motors America’s (KMA) more than 770 dealerships across the U.S.
The ArcticPRO ACX1299 is a specialized version of the ArcticPRO ACX1285, which recently received the “Best Use of Technology” new product award at the 2016 Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide Trade Show.
As part of the MAHLE Service Solutions line of SMART A/C units, the ACX1299 has fully-automatic recovery, vacuum, leak test and charging for the new worldwide standard R1234yf refrigerant. The unit is fully integrated with a version of the TechPRO diagnostic scan tool software for complete and accurate A/C diagnostics and HVAC system testing for determining system failure.
MAHLE Service Solutions also will showcase TechPRO within its NADA exhibit. TechPRO is a new diagnostic scan tool that can provide industry workshop productivity and a lower total cost of ownership for quicker diagnostics and repairs with comprehensive navigation and a low cost of entry. TechPRO was developed in cooperation with MAHLE Test Systems, utilizing its decades of experience providing diagnostics for OEM end-of-line manufacturing test systems and diagnostic tools.
TechPRO is built on MAHLE’s proven vehicle diagnostic software ServiceLogiq, currently being used by vehicle manufacturer dealerships worldwide. This includes a major OE vehicle manufacturer in the U.S., and is collectively being used by more than 20,000 dealership and aftermarket locations in five continents and in 33 languages. More than 28 million vehicles around the world are tested with MAHLE software solutions each year.
“MAHLE Service Solutions looks forward to the NADA Convention and Expo this year,” said Terry Taylor, head of North American sales at MAHLE Service Solutions. “Between our TechPRO and ArcticPRO product lines, we are pleased to share our proven solutions that enhance service bay productivity with OE carmakers, dealerships and suppliers.”
