MAHLE Clevite Welcomes Doug Yates To PRI Show

Legendary engine builder and CEO of Roush Yates Engines to appear at MAHLE Clevite Booth No. 1101.

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – MAHLE Clevite Inc. has announce that legendary engine builder Doug Yates, CEO of Roush Yates Engines and Roush Yates Performance Products, will be at the MAHLE Clevite booth (Booth No. 1101) at the 2012 Performance Racing Industry (PRI) Trade Show from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 29 and Friday, Nov. 30.
 
“We are absolutely thrilled to have Doug Yates at our booth to sign autographs and meet with fans this year,” said Ted Hughes, manager – marketing for MAHLE Clevite. “Doug is not only a renowned engine builder in the motorsports community, but also is a longtime supporter of MAHLE Clevite and its products. We’re grateful that Doug has taken time out of his schedule to join us this year at PRI.”
 
Yates has worked in the motorsports industry for well over 20 years. As CEO, he leads a staff of 180 employees, in four state-of-the-art facilities. He is the founder of Roush Yates Performance Products, and has grown Roush Yates Engines from a NASCAR Sprint Cup engine shop to a world-class engine building company that builds powerful engines for multiple racing series. In 2011, Yates was awarded the prestigious MAHLE Engine Builder of the Year award for both the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and the Nationwide Series upon the accumulation of the most MAHLE Clevite points based on qualifying, laps led and finishing position.
