YORK, Pa. – MAHLE Service Solutions has announced it will sponsor “Tool Talk” during the 2015 Vision Hi-Tech Training and Expo in Kansas City. “Tool Talk” will feature a presentation on scan tool technology with leading technicians Bogi Lateiner and Donny Seyfer. This special session will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, March 6 and again at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 7 at the MAHLE Service Solutions booth no. 223, 225, 322 and 324.
Bogi, an ASE-certified technician, stars on the Velocity Channel’s “All Girls Garage.” She is the founder and owner of 180 Degrees Automotive – a full-service auto repair shop in central Phoenix. Seyfer hosts two automotive radio shows, is the second-generation owner of a repair shop in Wheat Ridge, Colo., and is an ASE Master Technician with more than 30 years of experience.
Technicians who attend “Tool Talk” or stop by the MAHLE Service Solutions booth for a demonstration of TechPRO, its new diagnostic scan tool, will automatically receive an entry to win a new gas barbecue grill.
The MAHLE Service Solutions exhibit will be open from 5-10 p.m. on Friday, March 6 and from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 7. Service Solutions also will be part of the show’s Hi-Tech Tool Expo from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, March 5.
To show its support for training, MAHLE Service Solutions is a sponsor of the session, “Essential Diagnostic Steps for Driveability and Electrical Issues,” led by Eric Ziegler from 8:45-11:45 a.m. on Saturday, March 7. Ziegler’s session will present critical thinking and a logical approach to helping technicians diagnose the common issues they face on a regular basis.
MAHLE Service Solutions has two entries in the show’s new product showcase as well. These new products are the TechPRO diagnostic scan tool and the ArcticPRO ACX1280, a new R1234yf recovery machine, which was recently named “Best Use of Technology” at the 2015 Mobile Air Conditioning Society (MACS) Worldwide Trade Show.
