ISN Expands Internationally With Acquisition Of Distribution PDG In Canada

ISN Canada anticipates rapid growth with new product extension and plans to aggressively expand throughout Canada to serve its already extensive Canadian customer base.

LAKELAND, Fla. – Integrated Supply Network (ISN) has officially expanded to international status with a new location in Canada. On Jan. 6, Integrated Supply Network acquired Montreal, Canada-based automotive tool and equipment distributor Distribution PDG.

PDG is an authorized distributor for major tool and equipment brands and is committed to distributing professional-level products through multi-step distributors throughout Canada. ISN is the largest independent tool and equipment warehouse distributor in North America and will be working with PDG (now known as ISN Canada) on rapid inventory and customer service expansion to meet the needs and wants of the professional Canadian market.

Bruce Weber, president and CEO of ISN, and Martin Cote, previous owner of PDG and now president of ISN Canada, say they share a vision to operate the largest and most customer-centric tool and equipment warehouse network in Canada. Already operational, ISN Canada offers a comprehensive line of tools and equipment from more than 300 manufacturers to include tens of thousands of products including major lines like Bosch/Robinair, GearWrench, Ingersoll Rand, Milwaukee, Grey Pneumatic, Sunex, Autel and K-Tool International, to name just a few.

ISN says the line of available products has grown considerably, thus requiring extra warehousing capabilities. “We’ve added 11,000 square feet to our existing 18,000 to keep up with growth,” said Cote. “We have a larger and more automated 45,000-square-foot warehouse planned for early 2015.”

ISN Canada anticipates rapid growth with the new product extension and has plans to aggressively expand throughout Canada in order to serve its already extensive Canadian customer base.

“We are excited about how this new extension of ISN will help create new opportunities for both our amazing growth-oriented customer base and ‘who’s who’ list of manufacturer partners," added Weber.
