FINDLAY, Ohio — Hercules Tire has announced the expansion and relocation of its Chicago TDW (Tire Dealer’s Warehouse) branch to a new facility in nearby Franklin Park. The new Chicago TDW facility, which opened this week, offers 50 percent more capacity, a state-of-the-art inventory management system, expanded loading docks and will-call service for customers.

In all, Hercules Tire operates 12 TDW branches across the United States and nearly 2 million square feet of distribution globally.

“Our TDW division continues to grow within our organization and the success of our Chicago facility is a fine example of a well-deserved expansion,” said Bill Trimarco, president and CEO.

“At TDW, we pride ourselves in being a strong supplier, not a competitor to the dealers in the markets we serve,” added Mike Schultz, regional general manager for TDW Chicago. “Our Hercules and associate brands have been well-received in the Chicago market and we appreciate the support of our dealers who have made this new expansion possible.”
