Hankook Tire’s state-of-the-art R&D Center, Hankook Technodome, has received “ISO/IEC 17025” accredidation from the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), for the company’s testing system.
ISO/IEC 17025 is an international standard for laboratories or accreditation organizations that have been recognized by the International Organization for Standardization. Test reports from these laboratories can be globally acknowledged. Hankook Tire has now officially been recognized for its methodical test management system and established its own testing system at a global top-tier level.
In addition, Hankook Tire says it is striving to gain global recognition and product reliability by securing a globally credible testing laboratory. With the increasing competitiveness, the company is planning to expand its premium OE tire business.
