CONROE, Texas – Gullo Toyota of Conroe, Texas, has been named the 2013 Toyota Certified Collision Triple Crown winner. This occasion marks the third time the shop has received the award.

Gullo, a Sherwin-Williams shop, first received this highest honor from Toyota Motor Sales USA in 2009 and again in 2012. The award is based on meeting Toyota’s highest standards for customer service and rigid criteria for productivity in numerous key areas of the collision business.

“As a group, the Toyota collision centers participating in the Toyota Certified Collision Center program excel in every measurable area including a high level of customer satisfaction,” said Travis Rice, Gulf States Toyota manager – collision operations. “For a dealership to be recognized as a leader in that prestigious group, not just once but for a third time, speaks volumes of the dedication of all Gullo team members, and the Gullo family leadership. All of us at Gulf States Toyota are very proud of the Gullo Collision Center achievement but more importantly, their commitment to taking care of Toyota customers at a time when they really need someone in their corner.”

Added Tony Gullo Jr., Gullo Toyota vice president and general manager, “We have a great team of employees led by our Collision Center Director Mike Cortez. I am so proud of them and their accomplishment. I think this award speaks volumes as to their dedication to customer satisfaction and their desire to be the leaders in the industry.”

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes also extended congratulations to the shop.

“We are very proud of Mike and his team to again win back-to-back after their strong performance in 2012; this is quite an accomplishment,” said Glenn Lane, director of sales – Southwest, Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes. “This now marks three national wins in five years and really shows Mike’s commitment to quality and customer service. At Sherwin-Williams, we truly value our long-term relationship with the Gullo family and are committed to continuing to support them in their pursuit of excellence.”
