Green Team Technologies Adds To Support, Sales Staff

Three additional team hires have been made, bringing a combined 80-years of industry experience. These individuals will be field-reps and will primarily travel to customers and prospects seeking to work with Fuse5.

Green Team Technologies - LogoDALLAS, Texas – Green Team Technologies (GTT) has announced it is increasing staffing levels to meet growing demand for its Fuse5 Cloud ERP Solution.

“One of my primary tasks when joining Green Team Technologies was to start to build on the strength of talent that we already had in our company,” said Brian Allibon, president of GTT. “By bringing in a mixture of experienced industry professionals and relevantly qualified technicians, we are sending out a clear message that we are the fastest-growing company in this market sector, and completely focused on customer satisfaction.”

Since Allibon joined GTT on Feb. 1, three additional team hires have been made, bringing a combined 80-years of industry experience. These individuals will be field-reps and will primarily travel to customers and prospects seeking to work with Fuse5. The first new hire to highlight is John Sconza.

John Sconza – Fuse5 Regional Sales Manager

Sconza, a top-selling account manager for Triad, Activant and Epicor, has now joined the team at Green Team Technologies to represent the Fuse5 management system. Sconza, a native of New Orleans, started his career in the automotive aftermarket in 1987 selling solutions in South Louisiana. It was a time when businesses managed all aspects with hand-written documents. He showed his prospects how automation could make their businesses more productive and profitable. His support of his customers, understanding of the automotive aftermarket and his attention to details were the keys to his success and will continue to be as he moves forward in his new role with GTT.

“I am excited about joining GTT and selling Fuse5,” Sconza said. “The product is in a great position to capture market share from legacy products that continue to grow old and outdated as well as the lack of commitment for companies who managed those products. The hosted Fuse5 system is the future and the commitment to be on the cutting-edge of technology will give parts distributors a competitive advantage. I am looking forward to helping this company grow.”

The second recent addition to the Fuse5 field-team is Juris “George” Putans.

Juris Putans – Professional Services Major Projects Manager

Putans has joined the team at Green Team Technologies as professional services major projects manager. During his lifelong career in the automotive aftermarket, Putans served for 25 years as

IT Director at Jobbers Warehouse Service in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and 10 years at MAM Software Inc. in a variety of senior implementation, service and support roles. His goal has always been and remains to be striving for complete customer satisfaction while building and maintaining the strong partner relationships that have made him a hallmark within the aftermarket.

This is what Juris had to say about joining [GTT]. “Although already a mature product in the aftermarket, Fuse5’s structure permits it to easily grow to meet and surpass future challenges and opportunities. I am pleased to have joined with this vibrant, energetic team to help realize the goal of continuing to provide the absolute best platform in the marketplace.”

The third recent addition to the Fuse5 field-team is Luis Mancina.

Luis Mancina – Professional Services Technician

Mancina worked for more than 10 years for Carparts Technologies, later to become MAM Software Inc., supporting their legacy based system, DirectStep. Luis’s knowledge of that product, the aftermarket industry in general and extensive experience of end-to-end business processes for warehouse distributors equips him with all the tools required to add value to new partners making the switch to Fuse5. Mancina also will maintain a support-role focus of identifying and resolving Fuse5 accounts-based issues.

When asked why he chose to join [GTT],  Mancina commented, “The fact that four of the top five buying groups endorse the Fuse5 software suite in itself brings credibility to the product. It also ensures that influential people in the industry are willing to recommend the Fuse5 software suite right away to any prospective customers looking for a new way of doing business.”

In addition to adding outside sales and industry technicians since Allibon joined GTT in February, seven other team members have been added to Fuse5’s support department. The support team provides live (no-hold), customer support, training, integration, data migration, partner support and related support services and is managed by Dennis Crosser, vice president of support services.

“In an effort to continuously improve our training and integration, we focused on hiring team members with skill sets that supplement our efforts in constantly improving our technical documentation and e-Learning training videos to make the training experience more complete, and more efficient,” said Crosser. “Among the recent hires, we’ve added a project nanager responsible for communicating with our customers on a regular basis to ensure they are adequately trained and have their data migration needs met, streamlining the ‘Go Live’ process. With many of our partners using the accounting integration, we have also added an experienced QuickBooks user with vast accounting background to the team. Lastly, in an effort to maintain real-time live customer support we have doubled the size of our front-line customer support team to maintain and improve service levels.
