GB Remanufacturing Inc. received the Diamond Award from the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance. The award was presented last month at the Alliance Shareholder’s Winter Meeting in Aventura, Florida.
The Diamond Award is presented to the channel partner that stands out among its competitors in every area — customer service, changeover support, marketing and sales assistance and strong support from its sales representatives. The recipient excels in knowing its category and its needs.
Michael Kitching, GB’s president and CEO, and Russ Barker, GB’s director of sales and marketing, accepted the award on behalf of GB Remanufacturing Inc.
“We are honored to receive the inaugural Diamond Award from the Alliance. We have been supplying the GB gasoline and diesel fuel injection program to the Alliance Shareholders since 2006. We have worked very closely with the Alliance Parts Warehouse to bring incremental business in a category that previously was in a downward trend,” said Barker.
Kitching added, “Over the past 10 years we have built a strong relationship with the Alliance and its members, which has greatly benefited both organizations. We are honored to be recognized for our work by such an important member of the automotive aftermarket.”
Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Long Beach, California, GB Remanufacturing Inc. provides remanufactured OEM gasoline and diesel fuel injectors, injector components and diesel electronics to the automotive aftermarket. The company currently offers more than 1,100 part numbers covering more than 46,000 vehicle applications.
