The Quality Award reflected votes from NAPA’s management. In presenting the award, NAPA noted the consistent product quality of Gates belt and hose categories, which provide OE fit, form and function to millions of vehicles on the road today, both light and heavy-duty. Of particular note, NAPA stated that even with Gates’ already high quality standards, the manufacturer still strives for continual quality improvement in order to offer NAPA customers the best in the market.

“It is an honor to receive this award from such a longstanding and valuable customer,” said Jack Ramsey, Gates senior vice president, automotive aftermarket. “As NAPA’s primary belts and hose supplier since 1958, Gates has always strived to offer the highest-quality products and we appreciate the opportunity to continue to do so for years to come.”
