Fuse5 Purchase Order Forecasting Now Simultaneously Reconciles Multi-Store Inventory Balancing

Green Team Technologies says it has expanded Fuse5's proprietary purchase order forecasting logic to now simultaneously create store transfers to balance inventory across multiple locations.

CORALVILLE, Iowa – Green Team Technologies LLC has announced that its Fuse5 business management system, designed specifically for the automotive aftermarket, has been updated with new features.

Green Team says it has expanded Fuse5’s proprietary purchase order forecasting logic to now simultaneously create store transfers to balance inventory across multiple locations. This feature is built into what Green Team says is "the industry’s most sophisticated purchase order forecasting system." The company says the system not only factors in sales history, but also tracks product live cycle trend tracking, seasonality, popularity, return rates, lost sales, average days between sales and failure rates. As with all features in Fuse5, this runs in real time to ensure the latest information is used at the time the PO is created.

Fuse5 users can combine vendor purchase orders and multi-location transfers with a single click, the company adds, making this a helpful tool for customers with multiple locations, including warehouses, distributors, two-steppers and jobbers.

“This allows us to provide our customers with information that was previously not available with on-site, server-based systems,” said Gabe Davis, CEO of Green Team Technologies. “The advanced Fuse5 cloud servers are able to crunch far more information than the single servers that customers are used to running their systems on. Our cloud environment, built on the same platform as Google, offers a dramatic speed and computing power advantage that customers have never before experienced. The ability to real-time forecast and balance inventory is a great example of how we leverage our advanced platform to give our customers better information right at their fingertips.”

The company said it has released this update as part of a continual effort to reduce barriers for independent owners to scale their businesses to the next level.

“The aftermarket has become increasingly complex in recent years, and while the underlying logic and computer code for the functionality Fuse5 offers is extremely complicated, the usage of these tools doesn’t have to be,” says Davis. “You need more sophisticated tools that are simultaneously easier to use than what you have now. This is what Fuse5 offers.”

Fuse5 was built from the ground up specifically for the automotive aftermarket and is an ERP, WMS, JMS and Shop system all in one, according to Green Team.
