ACC - Conference NashvilleThe full agenda has been announced for the 2017 Automotive Communications Council (ACC) annual conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Held at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, the ACC event kicks off with an opening “GoLocal” reception on April 10, and a full day of conference sessions on April 11 and 12.

The April event focuses on inspiring and educating attendees with field experts, a shop-owner panel and networking opportunities inspired by the history of the automotive industry in Nashville.

All conference attendees will earn 1.3 CEU’s credits toward the AAP/MAAP professional designation from the University of the Aftermarket.

Speakers include national speaker Bill McGrane of McGrane Global Centers, who will present “Asking the Right Questions,” and Marty Kohr of Northwestern University, speaking to “Powering Creativity Outside of the Creative Department.”

New to the agenda this year is an editor panel hosted by Jim Merle of Babcox Media. The panel of editors is designed to provide attendees with the keys to “Maximizing Media Relations Across the Automotive Aftermarket.”

All ACC members and non-members are welcome. Non-members can join the ACC and attend the annual conference for a discounted promotional rate of $650, nearly $300 in savings. Membership in ACC is available to marketing and communication professionals at all levels throughout the auto care industry.

“The jam-packed agenda is perfect for marketing and communications professionals at all levels of the auto care industry,” said Meagan Moody, ZF Aftermarket, ACC president. “Each year, several non-members attend the conference with many joining afterward. We look forward to welcoming a few new members to our organization through this promotion designed just for those attendees.”

The early-bird registration fee is $450 for ACC members, and $550 for non-members. After March 3, the conference fee will increase by $100. Hotel reservations can be booked directly with the hotel, accessible at: Renaissance Nashville Hotel. The guaranteed rate of $209 per night is only available through March 17, and is applicable both one day before and one day after the conference dates. After 6 p.m. ET on March 17, the reduced rate will no longer be available.
