Fluid Rx Ceases Operations

Company moves forward with new strategic alliance and new business structure.

Effective Oct. 11, Fluid Rx Inc. will cease operations and announce the formation of a strategic alliance and new business structure.  
 
The company’s Instant Lubricant Diagnostic radial planer chromatographic technology will now be offered by Magna-Guard Inc. The Antifreeze/Coolant technology will be offered by ACUSTRIP Co. The Instant Inspection Diagnostic products that combine the chromatographic technology with antifreeze/coolant technology will be offered by HD Group.  
 
This change will allow each entity to provide expert customer service, be more versatile in product offerings, and to focus on responding to market needs.
