Position Scope
To meet the increasing demand for electronic products in the aftermarket and to furnish a tailored product and service offer out of one source, the product marketing of Bosch’s electronic control units (ECU), park pilots, ABS, ESP and airbags has been combined with the product marketing of Car Multi-Media products and integrated into the new business unit. The newly created PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) Engineer will be responsible to help build-up/shape this new business unit.
Major Duties
Define Product and Process specification within PLCM concepts, Develop Cost & Price Management strategies for Post-Production Supply, Identify & develop opportunities for Reman. Management of project for introduction of Reman products, activity coordination with AA- AS, SI & SO as appropriate to achieve result optimized PLCM.
Job Requirements
Required
• Automotive / Electronic Engineering background
• Experience with Remanufacturing processes, Test equipment & Testing methodology in an OE environment
• Certified Electrical Engineer or similar
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to understand process management and commercial business
Preferred
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Project Management experience a plus.
• German and/or Spanish a plus
• Commercial business minded
