Dr. Albert Bates, founder and chairman of the Profit Planning Group, will contribute to the education program at the ninth annual HDAW conference, themed “Driving Energy Into the Industry’s Future.” Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week will take place Jan. 27-30, 2014, at the Mirage in Las Vegas.
Bates’ presentation, titled "Extreme Makeover for Distributors: An Effective Enterprise Success Gauge," will address Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and why they are important as well as how to analyze and apply the data to assess progress toward desired goals.
