DMA Sales LLC Acquires Sentinel Products International

As part of the agreement, Greg Dilloian, founder and president of Sentinel Products, will be joining DMA’s senior management team in the role of executive vice president, sales and marketing.

Aftermarket parts manufacturer and supplier DMA Sales LLC (DMA) has acquired all the assets of Sentinel Products International LLC (SPI), a supplier of gas spring lifts for the North American automotive, industrial and specialty markets. SPI’s products will now be represented under the DMA operations and marketing umbrella.

“This is another significant and positive step forward for our company. We are excited about the addition of this new category of products for DMA. We plan, as we have done with our other product lines, to bring a new and re-energized program through innovative solutions that will help our customers capitalize as leaders in their respective markets,” said John Treece, president and CEO of DMA Holdings Inc. “The gas spring lift category provides DMA with additional product diversification while remaining complementary to our other core product programs. The synergies between our off-shore manufacturing operations will bring benefits to our current and prospective customers as well.”

As part of the agreement, Greg Dilloian, founder and president of SPI, will be joining DMA’s senior management team in the role of executive vice president, sales and marketing. Dilloian will be responsible for leading the company’s strategic sales development across all product categories for the aftermarket channels. In addition, Dilloian will lead the integration and expansion of the gas spring lift program within the DMA organization.

“Greg certainly brings unique market knowledge in this category to DMA. More importantly, his senior leadership is going to be most beneficial to our organization as we continue to experience exponential growth across all areas of our business,” said Treece. “I look forward to working with Greg as we continue to build even stronger relationships with our customers.”
