Fallbrook Technologies Inc., inventor of the NuVinci continuously variable planetary (CVP) transmission technology, has announced that David Graziosi, president, chief financial officer (CFO) and treasurer of Allison Transmission Inc. has joined the Fallbrook board of directors.

Graziosi has extensive executive financial management, strategic planning, investor relations and licensing expertise. He joined Allison in November 2007 as executive vice president, CFO and treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of president. Graziosi is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified information systems auditor (CISA, non-practicing).
