SAN DIEGO, Calif. Schwartz Advisors LLC, a mergers and acquisitions advisory and management consulting firm focused on the automotive aftermarket, has announced that David Coolidge has joined the organization as an advisor.
Coolidge most recently served as executive vice president Americas for the Bosch Group’s $6 billion Automotive Aftermarket Division. As head of the Bosch aftermarket business, Coolidge was responsible for a wide range of product lines for the car, light truck and heavy-duty segments of the aftermarket. His responsibilities also included the Bosch Service Network and joint responsibility for the Bosch Global Braking Components business unit. Coolidge also served as Chairman of Robert Bosch, Inc. Canada since 2003.
