CVSN to Honor Eight ‘Century Club’ Members

The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) is introducing a new recognition program at its 2012 Summit to honor member companies that have been in business for 100 years or more.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network (CVSN) is introducing a new recognition program at its 2012 Summit to honor member companies that have been in business for 100 years or more.

According to CVSN President Marc Karon of Total Truck Parts in West Palm, this award recognizes those companies that achieve longevity because of their attributes, strength of management and world-class quality.

This September at the association’s Aftermarket Distribution Summit, which will be held Sept. 16-19 at the Hilton Hotel & Suites
Fallsview in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, the following eight CVSN member companies will be honored for this outstanding accomplishment:

1. Betts Truck Parts

2. CRW Parts Inc. (The Norris Co. & Chesapeake Rim & Wheel)

3. Frey Heavy Duty (Frey The Wheelman)

4. Midwest Wheel Companies (Iowa Vulcanizing Co. & Des Moines Wheel & Rim)

5. Mutual Wheel Co.

6. Pioneer Rim & Wheel Co.

7. Six Robblees’ Inc.

8. Stone Wheel Inc.

In announcing the companies to be honored, Karon said, “I was pleasantly surprised to find out that we have eight members of CVSN who run companies that have been operating for at least 100 years. Having survived the challenges of the past several years, it is extremely impressive to find companies that have flourished over multiple world wars, recessions and a depression. They deserve to be recognized.”
