LAS VEGAS – CTEK Group has acquired the Inelco Group’s battery-charging business. The deal became effective on Nov. 1, and was announced yesterday at the 2013 SEMA Show.
 
CTEK develops, markets and sells lead acid and lithium ion battery chargers. The acquisition of the battery charging business from Inelco A/S will strengthen CTEK Group’s business and increase its competitiveness mainly within the professional and industrial segments.
 
Inelco Group consists of the Danish company Inelco A/S and the Polish company Inelco Polska Sp. z.o.o. The company has 30 employees.
