Christina Young Joins The Marx Group As New Marketing Coordinator

In her new role, Young will assist The Marx Group in the areas of marketing, public relations, project management, qualitative and quantitative research and social media.

Young joins the agency after spending more than five years in marketing and account executive roles for Euro Style in San Rafael. In her new role, Young will assist The Marx Group in the areas of marketing, public relations, project management, qualitative and quantitative research and social media.

At Euro Style, Young executed various marketing assignments include email campaigns, newsletters, social media, press kit creation and distribution, and the creation of advertisements for digital and print publications. In addition, she was involved in event coordination for the company’s quarterly trade shows.

“Christina brings a strong portfolio of experience in all facets of marketing communications disciplines, which will greatly benefit our team,” said Kerri Petersen, vice president of marketing and creative services, The Marx Group. “Since joining us, Christina has played a key role in our public relations department by helping manage the flow and distribution of news releases and developing metrics and summaries to measure their effectiveness. She also provides fresh creativity to all copy developed for clients.”

Young earned a Bachelor of Arts in critical and visual studies from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
