ChemSpec USA Announces 2008 Training Programs

ChemSpec has announced its learning programs for 2008. These courses include Color Training as well as Product Training. Classes will introduce the Metalux2 Colour System to the student. Attendees will learn how to optimize their businesses along with the latest application techniques in both a classroom and hands-on setting. Courses are conducted at the ChemSpec headquarters in Orrville, OH, and class sizes are limited to enhance the learning experience.

ORRVILLE, OH – ChemSpec has announced its learning programs for 2008. These courses include Color Training as well as Product Training. Classes will introduce the Metalux2 Colour System to the student. Attendees will learn how to optimize their businesses along with the latest application techniques in both a classroom and hands-on setting. Courses are conducted at the ChemSpec headquarters in Orrville, OH, and class sizes are limited to enhance the learning experience.

The Color Training program is designed for the student who is familiar with the paint refinishing business. Color Training topics will include fundamentals of paint mixing, as well as Color Theory and Color Adjustment. Subjects include: OEM Effects on Color; Topcoat Application; Preparation for Good Color Matches; Tinting and Blending Procedures; Problem Solving Cause and Cures; and Key Selling Concepts. Class dates are May 5-6; July 14-15; and September 8-9.

The Product Training course will introduce the full product line offering of ChemSpec USA to the student and will focus on the importance of good customer relations through proper product placement and recommendations. Topics will cover the Fundamentals of Paint and its proper application in the shop. Subjects include Paint Coating Technology; Product Positioning; Competitive Product Comparisons; Proper Surface Preparation and more. Class dates are April 7-9; June 9-11; August 11-13; and October 6-8.
