Charles Tyson, Executive Vice President Of Advance Auto Parts, To Keynote CAWA’s Industry Gala

The gala will be held on Nov. 1 at Caesar’s Palace. All proceeds from the event will benefit the CAWA Memorial Scholarship Fund, which promotes quality and high standards throughout education within the auto care industry.

CAWA - LogoCAWA has announced that Charles Tyson, executive vice president of merchandising, marketing and supply chain for Advance Auto Parts, will keynote its 2015 gala dinner to kick off Industry Week in Las Vegas next month. The gala will be held on Sunday evening Nov. 1 at Caesar’s Palace.

 “We are pleased that Mr. Tyson would accept our invitation and discuss mutual issues with the CAWA membership at the event,” said Ward Myers, chair of the CAWA Board of Directors. “With individuals of his caliber, our annual event will once again be successful and significant funds will be raised for our scholarship program.”

All proceeds from the event will benefit the CAWA Memorial Scholarship Fund, which promotes quality and high standards throughout education within the auto care industry. The scholarship is awarded to students in a curriculum leading to a degree or certificate in an accredited college, university or technical institute.
